Collection: Group Run

Tuesday at 6pm. Meet at The Long Run.  Warm up/cool down distance to/from track is 1.8 miles.  Workout varies by week. 

For a shorter warm up start at University Commons By Onward Physical Therapy. Warm up/cool down to/from track is 0.5 to 1 mile. Ethan will go over workout options at the track.  Join us at The Long Run post workout!

All levels welcome.  For those newer to track workouts we recommend starting at University Commons.
