Collection: Group Run

Free group runs. All levels welcome.

Tuesday at 6pm. Meet at The Long Run.  Warm up/cool down distance to/from track is 1.8 miles.  Workout varies by week. 

For a shorter warm up start at University Commons By Onward Physical Therapy. Warm up/cool down to/from track is 0.5 to 1 mile. Ethan will go over workout options at the track.  Join us at The Long Run post workout!

*For those newer to track workouts we recommend starting at University Commons.

 Friday at 5:30am. Meet at The Long Run. Distance varies every week. 

2nd Saturday every month at 10am. Feel free to start earlier and circle back to join the group.
