Collection: Group Run
Tuesday at 6pm. Meet at The Long Run. Warm up/cool down distance to/from track is 1.8 miles. Workout varies by week.
Thursday at 6:30pm. Meet at University Commons by Onward Physical Therapy. Warm up/cool down to/from track is 0.5 to 1 mile. Workout varies by week.
All levels welcome both nights. The Thursday group has a shorter warm up and cool down for runners new to track work.
